As well as providing information on (and examples from) our productions, we hope the WILDSONG website will provide a useful resource for anyone interested in sound from the natural world - whether from a bioacoustic, ornithological, musical or even therapeutic perspective.

All the sounds on the site are protected by copyright and are provided for the enjoyment of personal use. That's to say, the audio files may be downloaded to a browser's local hard disc for the user's listening, but any form of duplication, copying or publishing in any way without permission will be regarded as an infringement of copyright. If you would like to use the sounds for any further purpose, please contact us; we are very reasonable in our approach to licencing so don't assume we'll be after a king's ransome for a flimsy RealAudio file for a personal website (unless your surname is Gates and you have a rather large Window on the world).
