Subtitled 'A Guide to Listening in Nature', this book and CD combination features 40 soundscapes with accompanying short essays. Locations range from Alaska to Chile, Zimbabwe to Japan; underwater, in caverns, in swamps and in the streets of Amsterdam. An aural feast.

David Dunn is an internationally recognised composer, performer, theorist and sound designer. His compositions and recordings have appeared in hundreds of concerts, exhibitions, video and film soundtracks, radio broadcasts, and in bioacoustic research. Currently he resides in New Mexico where he teaches at the College of Santa Fe.
